ColdKing‘s Isuzu NPR (600P) 5.5T 16CBM Refrigerated Truck is made of all-closed sandwich structure panels, which is made by special technology to vacuum form complete panels. We use free-Freon molding polyurethane foam as inner insulation materials. The internal and external coverings are integral FRP sheets (fiberglass reinforced polyester), therefore, homogeneous construction (without any metallic reinforcements).

In the case of our technical system, the tangential stress is being carried, for the most parts by the laminated cover in connection with Z-straps. Self-supporting sandwich floor is with inserted laminated plywood sheets. The rear door assembly is firmed with stainless steel door frame, hinge and low temperature rubber gasket, which insure the body hermetic. Now, the dimension of panel can be chosen at the follow range: length 0-18,000mm; width 0-3,500mm; thickness 40mm-200mm. And we can provide variety of colorful panels and advertizing design stick to customers' requirements.

Special structure and strict production management endow our refrigerated bodies with quality insulation, high intensity, light weight, non-corrosive, no pollution, and provides longer service lifetime, economizing on energy, environmentally friendly characters, its high gloss appearance FRP surface also provides your company with good advertising potential.

We deeply cooperate with Isuzu (China) company to fit our refrigerated bodies onto Isuzu new type 600P truck chassis. Mass production leads to mass purchasing cost. We can provide Carrier, Thermo King, Mitsubishi, Kingtec and other China-made refrigeration unit to customer.

And, we provide much optional fittings for customers, such as Stainless Steel Refrigeration Unit Service Ladder (Install on Truck body), Stainless Steel Refrigeration Unit Service Platform (Install on Cab), Aluminum Side Guard (Install under Truck Body), Internal Dividers in Stainless Steel & Reinforced Floor Covered with Removable PVC Grating, etc.
